Alex Margulies is a Reno, Nevada based broadcaster with over 15 years of on-air experience in hosting, anchoring, reporting, play-by-play and more.

As Director of Content of Nevada Sports Net, Margulies is involved in nearly all aspects of the station's operation including:

Margulies was integral in the creation of Nevada Sports Net in 2018 and continues to serve in a variety of roles including as one of the main on-air talents, while also overseeing the content and station's business development efforts. He helped negotiate a rights deal to carry the Vegas Golden Knights on Nevada Sports Net with Scripps Sports, and works with other TV stations in the region to pick up NSN produced games.

Alex has over10 years of experience broadcasting minor league baseball, including TV for the Reno Aces (Diamondbacks Triple-A affiliate).
He has also served as a radio fill-in play-by-play broadcaster for Learfield/University of Nevada since 2012.
Prior to his time in Reno, Margulies spent four years as a full time radio play-by-play broadcaster in minor league baseball for the Fort Myers Miracle (Twins) & Modesto Nuts (Rockies).
He graduated in 2009 from the University of Miami with a focus on Broadcast Journalism and Sport Administration.
